EXCHANGE POLICY

WE SHALL BE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE ANY  KIPLING PRODUCTS, PURCHASED ONLINE VIA kipling.com.kw WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (DELIVERY), PROVIDED THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

How does it all work in practice?

1) Initiate Return

If you have made your purchase online via kipling.com.kw and your Kipling product is defective, please log on to https://support.jashanmalgroup.com & raise a ticket for the review & resolution from our After Sales Service team. Please remember to share the details of the product (along with pictures) & invoice for any action here.

2) Pack the products with the return label

Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.

3) Drop the products or hand them to the carrier

Drop your return into any available collection point locations or wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date.

4) Wait for return confirmation

You'll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (10 - 15 business days).

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.

We strictly do not offer cash refund, unless we are unable to process your order or are unable to deliver a brand new, fully functional product, based on the delivery terms. If you decide to modify your order, for any reasons, apart from the ones mentioned above, we will offer the amount back as credit to a KIPLING Gift Card, in your name. Unless the product is faulty, the delivery & return courier charges will have to be paid by the customer.
